DSC6000 Series MEMS Oscillator

Industry’s smallest MHz oscillator with high stability over wide temperature range

The Microchip DSC6000 family of MEMS oscillators combines the industry-leading low power consumption and ultra-small packages with exceptional frequency stability and jitter performance over temperature.

With the package size as small as 1.6x1.2mm and 1.3mA active current, the DSC6000 series MEMS oscillators are excellent choices for use as clock references in small, battery-powered devices such as wearable and Internet of Things (IoT) devices in which small size, low power consumption and long-term reliability are paramount.

These Microchip MEMS oscillators can be factory configured with any frequency between 2kHz and 100MHz and support ±20ppm total stability over -40°C to +125°C. The DSC6x2x series offers a frequency select pin allowing the output frequency to be switched between two frequencies. Three levels of output drive enables signal integrity optimization and EMI reduction.
