Infineon PSoC™ 4000T Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Featuring 5th generation high-performance CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing technology

Infineon’s PSoC™ 4000T microcontrollers are part of the PSoC™ 4 product family and are designed to be industry leaders in low-power capacitive sensing solutions. These microcontrollers use 5th Generation high-performance CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing technology which boasts an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio, liquid tolerance, and multi-sense capabilities. Compared to previous generations of CAPSENSE™, the 5th Generation technology provides a 10x higher SNR performance with 10x lower power consumption.

The PSoC™ 4000T family provides an easy upgrade path for PSoC™ 4000 and PSoC™ 4000S based designs to utilize the advanced 5th generation CAPSENSE™ through software and package compatibility. This means that upgrading your design to take advantage of cutting-edge technology is simple and straightforward.
