TAIYO YUDEN features their MAAS series of capacitors that are optimized for automotive use, among other key applications. These MAAS series capacitors are offered in compact 0201 to 1210 package sizes and offer a tolerance of 10% or 20%. Features include X7R, X7S, X7T, and X8L configurations, a capacitance range from 100 pF to 47 μF, and a voltage range from 4.0 V to 100 V.
TAIYO YUDEN's capacitors are produced at locations in Japan and other Asian countries. They require advanced technologies and production systems to accurately layer several hundred dielectric sheets, each with a thickness of less than 1 μm.
