A new benchmark for RDS(on), design ruggedness and switching performance in the newest Power MOSFET in a SS08 package for automotive applications offers its high current capability of 175 A at a small footprint of 30 mm2.

Infineon’s OptiMOS™ 7 40V focuses on high power automotive applications, especially DC-DC, EPS, Safety Switches, and all BLDC drives in CO2 friendly vehicles.
