The MOC3052SR2M is a single channel random-phase triac driver output optocoupler. This device features greatly enhanced static dv/dt capability to ensure stable switching performance of inductive loads.
This device contains an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a non-zero-crossing silicon bilateral AC switch, which functions like a triac.
