The M34E02-FDW1TP is a 2 Kb Serial I²C EEPROM organized as 256 × 8 bit memory, available in surface mount TSSOP-8 package.

This 2 Kb EEPROM memory is able to lock permanently the data in its first half from location (00h to 7Fh). This facility has been designed specifically for use in DRAM DIMMs (dual interline memory modules) with serial presense detect (SPD).
