Features & Applications
The JF series ultra thin process sealed tactiles offers a single pole, single throw (SPST) switch operation providing an OFF-Momentary function. These SPST switches can be used in a key-board matrix, using stapped terminals, achieve a common bus elctrical configuration on a single-sided PC Board or x-Y type electrical connections. Terminal spacing conforms to standard .100" (2.54mm) PCB grid.

  • Minimal operating force and short stroke permit light touch operation
  • Dome contact gives crisp tactile and audible feedback to positively indicated circuit transfer and assures high reliability and long life

  • Rubber deal construction prevents contact contamination and allows automated soldering and cleaning
  • Crimped terminals provide a spring type action to ensure secure mounting and prevents dislodging during wave soldering
  • These switches are designed for use in a low-voltage, low-current, logic-level circuit
