Calogic, LLC, a privately held company, was formed in March 2001 to finalize the purchase of the Calogic fabrication facility in Fremont, CA from Sipex Corporation.
The company operates the Fremont fab with the same operational equipment, processes and production employees that have made the reliable Calogic products for over 25 years.
