The MIC4427YM TR is a dual non-inverting low side MOSFET driver with a peak output current of 1.5 A, available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.
This device translate TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels that swing within 25 mV of the positive supply or ground. It can withstand up to 500 mA of reverse current (either polarity) without latching and up to 5 V noise spikes (either polarity) on ground pins and it is suitable for driving capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads which require low-impedance, high peak current, and fast switching time.
