The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. General Product Description:Multiple part numbersDescription of ChangesTE is changing its system as it relates to minimum order quantities for the part numbers listed to address trends that have been recently observed. We have identified situations where quantities can be ordered at quantities below what our standard packaging requirements allow. The situation also results in non-standard handling (break-pack) and creates risks for damage during transit to our customers. Therefore, we are making changes to align minimum order quantities with appropriate standard packaging requirements for these part numbers.Reason for Changes:Product improvement.In addition to the above, please note that this change will become effective on the date listed in this notification for listed part numbers and minimum order quantities. Following Part Numbers (1-968855-1/1-968855-2 /1-968855-3/1-968857-1/1-2141859-1)will be transferred from TE Germany plant to TE Suzhou plantReason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you about a transfer of tools and/or processes. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard automotive requirements. A TE-internal release test based on the relevant part specifications will be executed before delivery. Upon request, a PPAP Level 2 will be available if it concerns a transfer of a tool which produces a finished TE-product. A PPAP Level 1 will be available if it concerns a component of a TE-product, where the production location of the finished TE-product remains unchanged. AMP MCP 2.8 Revision E revised to Rev F for all silver variants, except PN 1-2141857-3 and PN 1-2141859-3, revised from Rev A to Rev B. Please also take a look at former PCN P-20-018820 from 23MAR2020.
