The NC7SZ11L6X is a TinyLogic Ultra-High Speed Single 3-input AND Gate with Ultra-Small MicroPak Leadless Package.

The device is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad Vcc operating range.
