The package is designed for optimal board assembly. This 1 A 20 V device possesses an operating junction temperature of 125 C. The device can sustain a lead and mounting surface temperature, for Soldering Purposes, of 260°C Max. for 10 Seconds.
The MBR120VLSFT1G also offers a very low forward voltage drop and a guardring for stress protection. Typical applications for the MBR120VLSFT1G are ac/dc and dc/dc converters, reverse battery protection, and "ORing" of multiple supply voltages and any other application where performance and size are critical.
