The UC3843BD1013TR is a part of UC384xB family of control ICs, provides the necessary features to implement off-line or DC to DC fixed frequency current mode control schemes with a minimal external parts count.
The devices are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, as well as active filtering. It has an Operating temperature ranges b/w -40 °C to 150 °C and it is available in a SOIC-8 package.
