The MOC207R2M is a part of MOC207 Series and is a Phototransistor Output Optocoupler, it consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode that is optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector in a surface mountable small outline plastic package.

This device is ideally suited for high density applications and eliminates the need for through-the-board mounting. It has an Operating Temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C.
