How SiC is Shifting the Future of EV
The automotive industry is shifting to silicon carbide (SiC) technology. Here at onsemi, we recently released our first SiC traction power modules. By implementing the latest M2 SiC MOSFET, the VE-Trac SiC Direct platform achieves new levels of performance, efficiency, and reliability. You will learn about the advantage of using SiC power modules in high-power traction inverter applications for your next new energy vehicle (NEV) design in this webinar.
Key Takeaways for Attendees:
- Understand the differences between SiC and IGBT power modules
- Why our VE-Trac SiC power module is the platform of choice for your new EV design
