PPAPs will not be submitted for this change since product fit, form and function is not affected.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. The change is necessary to improve the quality of the packaging so that the finished product is better protected when shipped in a single box. The change does not impact connector performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field. The changes are being phased in gradually and previous revision can remain stocked until use. Components and finished goods will have TE INTERNAL validation & RELEASE only to initiate shipment to avoid any potential line stops at customer side. TE Connectivity will remain the same quality controls. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. TE reserves the right to move tools back to the prior manufacturing location based on business need. PPAP requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. No samples will be provided as TE considers parts to be exchangeable independent from type and location of assembly process.
