The SY54011RMG is a part of SY54011R series fully differential, low voltage 1.2 V/1.8 V CML 1:2 fanout buffer.Its Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C and its available in MLF-16(3mm x 3mm)package.

For AC-coupled input interface applications, an integrated voltage reference (V REF-AC) is provided to bias the VT pin. The outputs are CML, with extremely fast rise/fall times guaranteed to be less than 95ps.
