The i.MX 93 applications processors combine heterogeneous domain processing on the Arm Cortex-A55 and Arm Cortex-M33 core, highlighting NXP’s innovative Energy Flex architecture to maximize performance efficiency. Paired with the dedicated Arm Ethos™-U65 microNPU, developers can create more capable, cost-effective and energy-efficient ML applications. NXP’s EdgeLock® Secure enclave provides i.MX 93 with a preconfigured, self-managed and autonomous security subsystem to implement the necessary security functions in your edge applications.
