Microchip 23AA02M/23AA04M Serial SRAM Devices

With Optional Battery Backup

The 23AA02M and 23AA04M are 2 and 4 Mbit Serial SRAM devices by Microchip. The memory is accessed via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. Additionally, these serial SRAM products feature SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface) which is supported with clock speeds up to 143 MHz. The 23AA02M and 23AA04M both support unlimited reads and writes to the memory array with zero write times.

Microchip’s 23AA02M & 23AA04M are available in standard packages including 8-lead SOIC, PDIP and TSSOP.
