The Lattice Semiconductor CertusPro™-NX is the company’s fourth FPGA family based on the Lattice Nexus™ development platform and will deliver best-in-class system bandwidth, industry-leading power efficiency, and support for new protocols and advanced standards for a wide range of markets and applications.
Featuring the highest bandwidth in the smallest form factor in comparison to similar devices, the CertusPro™-NX continues Lattice’s commitment to FPGA innovation, providing support for LPDDR4 external memory. The general-purpose FPGA addresses the need for compact device designs, robust memory resources and high reliability.
The CertusPro™-NX includes advanced performance capabilities and the highest logic density currently available on a Nexus-based device.
The Lattice FPGA features support for up to eight programmable SERDES lanes capable of speeds up to 10.3 Gbps, delivering the highest system bandwidth in its class. This performance capability is ideal for popular communication and display interfaces such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, PCI Express, SLVS-EC, CoaXPress, and DisplayPort.
The CertusPro™-NX features robust memory resources such as LPDDR4 Support and up to 7.3 Mb of on-chip memory. LPDDR4, DDR3/3L and LPDDR2 are also supported at 1066 Mbps.
