The MCP4014T-202E/OT is a Low-Cost 6-bit (64 wiper steps) Volatile Digital Potentiometer with operating voltage of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and 2.1 kΩ resistance, available in SOT-23-5 package.  

The potentiometers are programmed/reprogrammed through a simple up/down serial interface and offer a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size and pin count.

  • 64 Taps: 63 Resistors with Taps to terminal A and terminal B
  • Simple Up/Down (U/D) Protocol
  • Power-on Recall of Default Wiper Setting - Custom POR wiper settings available (contact factory)
  • Resistance Values: 2.1 kΩ, 5 kΩ, 10 kΩ or 50 kΩ
