For that specific product range, a certain part of the manufacturing process is subcontracted to a cooperation partner located in Ukraine. Manufacturing and engineering supervision are done by TDK Szombathely, outgoing inspection for the "High-Current Ring Core Chokes" is physically performed at the TDK plant in Szombathely.As an effect of the military conflict taking place in Ukraine, TDK must expect impacts on the subcontracted work at the Ukrainian cooperation partner. Even though operation is still active at the effective issuing date of this document, our operations are already impacted, and TDK cannot predict further development.
