HC 20EV Series Fuse
The Littelfuse EV20 fuse is designed for protection of high-current / high-voltage circuits in electric and hybrid electric vehicles employing an industry-standard footprint. The EV20 fuse provides time-delay characteristics with “Diffusion Pill Technology.”

SLD8S Series TVS Diode
The SLD8S Series TVS diode provides precision overvoltage protection for sensitive automotive electronics. It is SMTO-263 packaged with leaded modification.

AUMOV® Series Varistor
Littelfuse AUMOV® Series metal oxide varistors offer 50% greater surge withstanding capability than existing technologies on the market for low DC voltage applications. Designed for circuit protection in low voltage (12VDC, 24VDC, and 42VDC) automotive systems, the AUMOV® series is available in five disc sizes with radial leads with a choice of epoxy or phenolic coatings.

TPSMF4L Series SOD-123FL Package
The Littelfuse TPSMF4L series of SOD-123FL small and flat lead low-profile plastic package is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events, and it’s especially suitable for high reliability and automotive applications.
TPSMF4L packages are also ideal for the protection of portable devices/hard drives, notebooks, VCC busses, POS terminal, SSDs, power supplies, monitors, and vulnerable circuit used in other consumer applications.
