Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs)

Nexperia – Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs)

By combining transistors with their attendant resistors, RETs make excellent space- and cost-saving solutions. Nexperia offers some 400 products, so you can find the best fit for your application. Within our portfolio you will find single and dual RETs with a great variety of resistor combinations. The product range includes new 80 V RETs, 50 V RETs and Performance-based RETs. Furthermore you can also choose from leaded SMD and leadless packages. The new 80 V RETs or ‘digital transistors’ provide enough headroom for use in 48 V automotive board net (e.g. mild hybrid and EV cars) and other higher voltage circuits which are often subject to large spikes and pulses.

Features
  • Reduces pick and place costs
  • Built-in bias resistors
  • Reduces component count
  • 100 mA, 500 mA and up to 600 mA output current capability
  • Simplifies circuit design
  • AEC-Q101 qualified
Applications
  • Controlling IC inputs
  • Digital systems
  • Switching loads
  • 48V circuit driver applications (80 V RETs)
