Microchip PIC18F06Q20 Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Featuring I3C and MVIO

Available in small 14- and 20- pin packages, the PIC18-Q20 family of microcontrollers (MCUs) are an ideal compact MCU solution for real-time control, touch sensing and connectivity applications. The MCUs offer configurable peripherals, advanced communication interfaces and easily interfaces across multiple voltage domains without external components and supports 1V operation for I3C interfaces. The feature set includes a fast 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter with Computation (ADCC) with capacitive touch sensing support, 8-bit signal routing port to interconnect digital peripherals, 16-bit dual Pulse Width Modulations (PWMs) and 32-bit Universal Timers.
