XMC7000 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 Industrial Microcontroller

Equipped with peripherals such as CAN FD, TCPWM and Gb Ethernet, Infineon’s XMC7000 industrial microcontrollers offers the flexibility of single and dual-core Arm® Cortex®-M7 functionality to help meet the dynamic and demanding business conditions of industrial applications. The MCU is able to operate in harsh environments with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and in parallel be the best choice to power critical applications due to its lower-power modes down to 8µA.

REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA SiC Reference Design for Integrated Servo Motor and Drive

The REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA SiC reference design consists of an inverter board and gate driver board for the demonstration of an integrated servo motor and drive. CoolSiC™ MOSFET IMBG120R045M1H is the main component for the three-phase inverter. Benefits include high power density, overcurrent protection, passive cooling without cooling fans and an ultra-small footprint with a PCB diameter of only 110 mm.

The IM69D128S is an ultra-low power digital microphone designed for applications which require high SNR (low self-noise), long battery life, and high reliability. Great signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 69 dB(A) enables crystal clear audio experience without compromising on battery life.

Enabled by a revolutionary digital microphone ASIC, the IM69D128S sets a new benchmark by cutting current consumption to 520 μA. Based on Infineon’s new sealed dual membrane MEMS technology, the IM69D128S delivers high ingress protection (IP57) at a microphone level.

XENSIV™ BGT60UTR11AIP 60 GHz Radar Sensor

The XENSIV™ 60 GHz BGT60UTR11AIP is optimized for low power consumption, compact designs and system cost optimization. Its 5.6 GHz ultra-wide bandwidth allows FMCW operations with extremely high resolution. The sensor features a 50 MHz digital SPI interface for configuration and data transfer, while an integrated state machine enables real-time data acquisition without requiring constant interaction with the processor.

Evaluation, fast protoyping and radar algorithm development can be done using the DEMOBGT60UTR11AIP board.
