Compact form factor
Hirose Electric features their HR30 Miniature Waterproof Plastic Connectors which are rated IP67 for complete protection against dust and water penetration when submerged one meter deep for a half hour.
The HR30 connectors are short in length when fully terminated and mated and feature a built-in lock/release mechanism that securely locks the mated connectors while allowing a quick disconnect by simply pulling on the plug's release collar.
Hirose Electric HR30 miniature waterproof plastic connectors are user friendly with molded-in grooves to prevent hand slippage, permanent colored alignment indicators, and multiple polarizing keys to protect from misalignment or insertion of the wrong connector.
