E-Switch features their TL3342 Series of tactile switches as part of one of the broadest selections of switches available for the wearable and handheld device market. The TL3342 Series is a popular solution because of its ultra-low profile.
Measuring just 5.2mm x 5.2mm, the TL3342 Series has a 1.50mm ultra-low profile design and positive tactile response. These tact switches are surface mountable with gull wing contacts and have two operating force options to choose from: 160gf and 260gf. Both offer a life expectancy of 100,000 cycles and an electrical rating of 50mA @ 12VDC.
TL3342 Series tactile switches are operational at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C. Applications for this low-profile tact switch includes consumer electronics, telecommunications, medical equipment and testing/instrumentation.
