The MRF89XAM8A-I/RM is a 868 MHz Ultra Low-Power Sub-GHz Transceiver IC with integrated crystal, internal voltage regulator, matching circuitry and PCB antenna.
This module can be interfaced to many popular Microchip PIC® microcontrollers through a 3-wire serial SPI interface.
