The ICL3243EIVZ is a RS-232 transmitter and receiver IC with manual and automatic power down function. It is a 3-driver, 5-receiver device which provides a complete serial port suitable for laptop or notebook computers.

- On-Chip Voltage Converters Require Only Four External 0.1μF Capacitors

- Receiver Hysteresis For Improved Noise Immunity
