Fonctionnalités et applications
The ICL3221EIAZ-T is a single RS-232 transmitter and receiver interface circuit with manual and automatic power down function.
This device provide ±15 kV ESD protection on transmitter outputs and receiver inputs (RS-232 pins) and also feature an automatic power-down function which powers down the on-chip power-supply and driver circuits.

- RS-232 Compatible with VCC = 2.7 V
- Meets EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 Specifications at 3 V
- Latch-Up Free
- On-Chip Voltage Converters Require Only Four External 0.1μF Capacitors
- Manual and Automatic Power-Down Features
- Guaranteed Mouse Driveability (ICL324xE Only)
- Receiver Hysteresis For Improved Noise Immunity
