The HIN232CPZ is a dual RS-232 transmitter and receiver interface circuit, available in 16 pin PDIP package.
This device feature true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew-rate-limited output, and 300 Ω power-off source impedance and also it offer a wide variety of RS-232 transmitter/receiver combinations to accommodate various applications.
