The TC634 phototransistor is presently used to manufacture the affected products. An alternate phototransistor ES634 is being added to the aaffected product bill of material. Reason for Change: Optek has tooled and qualified the ES634 to be an alternate to the TC634. The ES634 is ffabricated at a different location and will ensure a continuous supply of this type of phototransistor.

The OPB608A is a part of OPB608 series reflective object sensor. It has a storage temperature ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
The OPB608 reflective switches consist of an infrared emitting device (LED or VCSEL) and a NPN silicon phototransistor mounted “side-by-side” on a parallel axis in a black opaque plastic housing.
