The SY100EPT22VKG TR is a dual TTL/CMOS to differential PECL translator, available in a MSOP-8 package.
The low skew, dual gate design of the EPT22V makes it ideal for those applications where space, performance and low power are at a premium.

- 300 ps typical propagation delay
- Differential LVPECL output
- ICC Max 25 mA
- PNP LVTTL input for minimal loading
- Flow-through pinouts
- Q outputs will default HIGH with inputs open
