The DF1510S-T works with a peak forward current of 50 A (Amps), a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1000 V, and operates under temperature range of -65 C to 150 C. DF1510S-T comes in case style DFS. Part comes in REEL and is also available in cut to length.
