Fonctionnalités et applications

Microchip Technology is a leading innovator and supplier of high performance and high quality embedded solutions and microcontrollers; related non-volatile memory products; and a broad analog product line focusing on power management, thermal management, linear and mixed-signal solutions.

Temperature sensing is critical to a growing number of consumer, automotive, and industrial applications. Microchip’s analog output silicon temperature sensors offer many system-level advantages, including the integration of the temperature sensor and signal conditioning circuitry on a single chip.

The TC1046 can accurately measure temperature from -40C to +125C. The TC1046 output voltage is directly proportional to measured temperature ranging typically 174mV at -40C, 424mV at 0C, 580mV at +25C, and 1205mV at +125C. It has accuracy of ±2°C (max) at 25°C while consuming 35 μA (typical) of operating current. The TC1046 temperature slope is fixed at 6.25 mV/°C. The TC1046 is offered in space saving surface mount (SOT-23B) device type package.

The TC1046VNBTR is a SOT-23B Voltage Output Temperature Sensor that comes in a 3000 piece reel.
