Change description:Transfer of Industrial Temperature Sensor Products manufacturing lines from Andover MN to Hermosillo MX.Reason:TE Sensors will transfer production of Temperature sensing products from our plant in Andover MN plant to our plant in Hermosillo, Mexico. There is no change to product form, fit or function. No impact on performance or characteristics is expected. TE Sensors will work to ensure continuity of supply during the transition period by building a safety stock of selected Make to Stock products. For our Make to Order products we ask that you assess your anticipated delivery requirements for the next 12-18 months and provide us with a Schedule Agreement before July 11th 2022. This will allow us to source the raw materials needed to make this transition as smooth as possible. In addition, if you anticipate the need for a PPAP or FAI samples from the new factory, we will accept requests for validation data and samples through until July 11th, 2022, following which, we will share an update on sample availability timelines upon request.
