The CHT-LDOP-033-TO254-T is a 1 A, low-dropout linear voltage regulator compatible with hightemperature environments. It is available in TO-254 package.
Features:
- 1 V to 20 V dropout Voltage @400 mA(1)
- 2 V to 20 V dropout Voltage @1 A(1)
- Max 1 A output current @ 225°C
- 60dB input ripple rejection (0-100 Hz)
- Cload from 100 nF to 1000 μF, large ESR range
- Available in TO-254 package (for other package options, please contact CISSOID)
- The start-up is operative over the whole temperature range
- Latch-up free
- Validated at 225°C for 43800 hours (and still on-going)
