The AP2171WG-7 is a single channel current limited power switch with a continuous load current of 1 A. Available in surface mount SOT-25 package.
This device is optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications and it complies with USB 2.0 and available with both polarities of Enable input.
Features:
- Single USB port power switches
- Over-current and thermal protection
- 1.5 A accurate current limiting
- Reverse Current Blocking
- 95 mΩ on-resistance
- Input voltage range: 2.7 V – 5.5 V
- 0.6 ms typical rise time
- Very low shutdown current: 1 uA (max)
- Fault report (FLG) with blanking time (7 ms typ)
- ESD protection: 4 KV HBM, 400 V MM
- Active low enable
- Ambient temperature range -40ºC to 85°C
- SOT25, SOP-8L, MSOP-8L-EP (Exposed Pad), and DFN2018-6: Available in “Green” Molding Compound (No Br, Sb)
