The BD6040GUL-E2 is a charger protection IC with built-in FET, available in surface mount VCSP50L1 package.
This device provides up to 28 V of over voltage protection for charger ICs. Built-in circuits include overvoltage lockout, overcurrent limit, undervoltage protection, internal start up delay, and status flag.

- Low quiescent current (45 μA)
- Low Ron (125 mΩ) FET
- Overvoltage lockout (OVLO) circuit
