Unisem has been qualified by Renesas as an approved Assembly location.Refer to below table for the current and the alternate assembly locations and its material sets by package type.There will be changes in the material sets at the alternate assembly location.Reason for Change:The change is for increased manufacturing capability and business continuity.No change in the moisture sensitive level as a result of this change.
