The BD1604MUV-E2 is a charge pump 4 white LED driver for small LCD backlight, it minimizes the number of external devices. It operates at a maximum current range of 120 mA.
Features:
- 4parallel LED driver is mounted
- The LED current can be controlled via an external resistance
- Maximum current is 120 mA(30 mAx4)
- LED1 to LED4 can be turned on or off via an external control pin
- The relative current accuracy among LEDs (LED1 to LED4) is 3%
- Automatically transition to each mode(x1.0, x1.5, x2.0)
- High efficiency(90% or more at maximum) is achieved
- Various protection functions such as output voltage protection function, current overload limiter and thermal shutdown circuit are mounted
