The ISL89412IBZ is a complementary high speed and dual channel power MOSFET driver with supply current of 2.5 mA (typical), available in 8 pin SOIC package.
This device is capable of delivering peak currents of 2.0 A into highly capacitive loads. The high speed performance is achieved by means of a proprietary “Turbo-Driver” circuit that speeds up input stages by tapping the wider voltage swing at the output.
