The TC500ACOE is a Part of TC500 Series 3 Wire Analog Front End 4.5 V 16-Bit A/D Converter Surface Mount, Available in 16 Pin SOIC Package.
The TC500A family are precision analog front ends that implement dual slope A/D converters having a maximum resolution of 17 bits plus sign.As a minimum, each device contains the integrator,zero crossing comparator and processor interface logic
