Renesas | ISL43120IHZ-T

The ISL43120IHZ-T is a precision, bidirectional, dual analog SPST switch. It is available in 8 pin SOT-23 package.

This device is designed to operate from a single +2.7 V to +12 V supply. The targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from the devices’ low power consumption (5  μW), low leakage currents (100 pA max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 28 ns, tOFF = 20 ns).
