The DF13 Miniature wire to board connector from Hirose, an industry leader in Wire to Board connectors, is a box-shaped pin header with Discrete wire crimping connection. The DF13 is an ideal offering for electronic equipment with limited spacing, such as Notebooks, Video Cameras, Portable Terminals (PDA's) and other consumer electronics
The DF13 series is provided in a low profile package up to 5.8mm when Surface Mounted. The header is designed in a scoop-proof box structure, and completely prevents mis-insertion. The double row type achieves the multi-contact up to 40 contacts, and secures 30% higher density in the mounting area, compared with the single row type . Available in Throughole or Surface Mount and Striaght or Right Angled connection.
