General Product Description:Change in Delivery Unit & Minimum Order QuantityDescription of ChangesThis product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of April 20, 2023 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. General Product Description: MQS CONTACT Description of Changes Following Part Numbers will be transferred from TE Montcada, Spain to TE Wagholi India and made the necessary changes in the Die (11-18512) as Per global PCN E-20-016678. "This PCN is limited to TE India customers" Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, as a result of our continuous strive for improving our processes and capacity enhancement, we hereby inform you about a transfer of tools(Die). The transfer is executed by following a strict transfer procedure, which guarantees no negative influence on quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location is under a certified quality management system according the standard industry requirements. An internal release based on our specifications will be executed before any parts will be delivered, which guarantees the performance. First Date To Ship (Changed Parts Only): 02-MAY-2022

As a result of a thorough analysis of our global operations and footprint matching the customer needs in a global supply chain, we are going to reorganize our EMEA manufacturing sites. These reorganizations will support the need of our customers for shorter lead-times and optimized value streams, which are not only generating efficiencies, but also consistency in quality and reducing our CO2 footprint by avoiding unnecessary transportations. Reason for Changes: The transfer from TE Montcada(ES) to TE Woert(DE) follows a strict procedure which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of concerned products. The receiving manufacturing locations operates under a certified Quality Management System in accordance with standard automotive requirements and respective customer specific requirements. TE Connectivity will and has initiated appointments with our customers to share the details about the upcoming changes and the proposals in terms of notification, validation, release and PPAP scenarios for the different product groups affected. In case any PPAP is required for customer owned tools and / or finished good parts saleable part numbers, we kindly ask you to get in touch with your Sales representative first to achieve a common understanding and agreement on both sides.
