By Britain exited from the EU, UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is required for products of distribution and sales in the UK markets after 1st January 2023.As we have already mentioned on the existing document (No. GSP21903e), to meet the requirements of the UK market, we will add the UKCA marking in our products.1. Product Change NotificationType of Notification: Changing the safety standard mark on productDescription of ChangeThe above existing models are certificated with the UL508 standards. And also certificated with the CSA standards (C22.2 No. 107. 1). So it shows the "C-UL (Listed)" mark on product label now. But the safety agency has required an additional certification regarding the CSA standards when the update of UL508 standards. Cosel tried to meet the requirements to keep the standards, but in conclusion, Cosel gave up and has decided not to keep the CSA standards anymore.PCN Effective DateThis is a running change, the PCN becomes valid for the production from the middle of March, 2022.Please be advised that the schedule may be changed without prior notice due to stock availability.
