At present, 5” wafer is used for SZxx TVS AUTO, and some raw materials of SZxx TVS AUTO are sole source without alternative.In order to support fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, meanwhile to implement Business Continuous Plan(BCP), Littelfuse would like to inform you this Pre-PCN regarding the coming changes for below listed SZxx series of TVS AUTO products.Final PCN will be provided by middle of 2024 with detailed qualification report.
