The Lc03-6 transient voltage suppressor is a great choice when protecting components which are connected to high speed telecommunication lines from voltage surges that are caused by lighting, electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events, and electrical transients.

The Lc03-6 offers 2000 watts peak pulse power and is capable of protecting two lines in common and differential modes. The lc03-6 features low capacitance and for high speed interfaces and low clamping and operating voltages. The lc03-6 is built using solid-state silicon-avalanche technology and it's integrated structure saves board space and increases reliability. The SO-8 surface mount package allows for flexibility when designing crammed PC-boards.
